Mental Health Assistance Programs

Potential for Free Mental Health Support:
Depending on your eligibility and specific plan details, you may qualify for 3 to 6 free sessions with a licensed mental health professional through these programs.

The resources below include providers approved to offer:

EAP – Employee Assistance Programs
SAP – Student Assistance Programs
VAP – Veterans Assistance Programs
CAP – Community Assistance Programs

These programs often provide confidential counseling, mental health support, and wellness resources at no cost to eligible participants.

How to Access EAP Services:
Contact your employer’s Human Resources (HR) or benefits office. They can guide you to your EAP provider, explain available services, and assist with scheduling sessions.
