Where the story begins

Before the experiences shared in The Fight of a Warrior, I had never experienced depression or anxiety. The story begins with me serving a church mission, at a time when those struggles were not part of my life. It then shows how depression and anxiety gradually came to be, how the symptoms continued to build, and how they left me feeling trapped, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward.

It tells the story of navigating rejection and other difficult experiences while trying to understand what was happening to me. Along the way, I began learning coping skills, seeking support, and discovering practical ways to manage what I was feeling.

From the book to the library

The story leads into a 20-step workbook built from the lessons and strategies that helped me continue forward. The website’s full library of blogs, guides, and printable journals continues that journey with additional opportunities for reflection and practical mental-wellness support.

The Fight of a Warrior is an honest account of how the struggle began, how the symptoms grew, and how hope and healthier coping skills were built one step at a time.

What you’ll find hereEducational reflections, journaling prompts, and practical mental wellness tools drawn from strategies I used during my own struggles with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. They are intended to support self-awareness, resilience, and everyday stress management, and do not replace professional mental health care.
